A computer scientist by training, I have keen research interests in the technological aspects of OER, eLearning, MOOC and ODL. My technical interests include sentiment analysis, text mining, software development and mobile application development. Currently, I’m in the field of International Development where I work with governments, institutions and organizations throughout the Commonwealth assisting them with OER policy development; strategic implementation of OER nationally and institutionally; capacity building in OER reuse and repurposing; and course material development.
